Our standard shipping rates for Australian customers:

If you spend $150 or more at CLADDIO, standard shipping within Australia is free.

If your order is less than $150, we will ship your order via Australia Post Standard Service at a flat rate of $8.95.

Orders placed before 12 pm ACDT Monday to Friday are usually shipped the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you tracking details by email.

Delivery timeframes:

• Metro Australia: usually 2-3 business days
• Regional Australia: usually 3-7 business days
• New Zealand: usually 5-9 business days
• Other international destinations: usually 10-20 business days

International shipping:

If you spend $1000 or more, standard international shipping is free.

If your order is less than $1000, standard international shipping is AU$29.95.

New Zealand orders under $1000 are shipped at a flat rate of AU$12.95.

All prices on CLADDIO are in Australian dollars. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges payable in their country.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at onnicaau@gmail.com so we can investigate with Australia Post or the courier. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee successful delivery.
