We understand that buying clothing online does not give you the chance to try items on first. This policy explains our change-of-mind returns and your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may return an item for a refund within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the item:
If you miss the 15-day timeframe, please contact us at onnicaau@gmail.com. We may offer a store credit if the item is returned within 30 days of receipt.
International change-of-mind returns must be received within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If this timeframe is missed, we may offer a store credit if the item is returned within 45 days of receipt.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, colour or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at onnicaau@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue where possible.
We will assess the item and provide a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the issue, this may include a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by law.
Please include your return slip in the parcel. If you cannot print it, include a handwritten note with your order number, return reference and the item being returned.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please contact us first so we can advise the correct return process.
Once we receive and assess your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If you paid partly by voucher or store credit, that portion may be reissued as store credit or a voucher.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 15 business days for funds to appear in your account.
