Orders

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Once an order has been confirmed, we may not be able to change it before dispatch.

All orders are subject to stock availability, payment verification and fraud prevention checks. We may cancel and refund an order if the product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or the order appears fraudulent or incorrect.

Bank wire orders will be dispatched within 2 business days after payment is received in the CLADDIO / ONNICA Pty Ltd bank account. If payment is not received within 5 business days, we may cancel the order.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, descriptions, sizing and prices accurately. However, colours may vary depending on your device screen. Measurements may vary slightly due to manual measurement.

Prices and Promotions

All prices are listed in Australian dollars. We may change prices, promotions and product availability at any time before an order is accepted.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLADDIO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or purchase of products from us.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
